To enhance the impact of governance via increased training and visits to school.

Personal Development

To enhance the promotion of equality and improve the capacity to tackle and challenge stereotyping and discrimination.

To enhance the provision and impact of pastoral care across the school.

Behaviour and Attitudes

To improve attendance across the school with a particular focus on PA/SA children and targeted groups.

To successfully implement and monitor the use of Merton's Early Years Ordinarily Available (OA) guidance.
