Quality of Education

To establish a consistent approach to the teaching of oracy across school.

To develop oracy skills across all subjects by developing vocabulary spine.

To improve standards in maths, with a particular focus on oracy.

To improve standards in reading and writing with particular focus on oracy

 Leadership and Management

To improve and increase means of promoting the school and its success

To enhance the impact of governance via increased training and visits to school.

Personal Development

To establish, promote and enhance a culture of high aspiration for ALL pupils.

To enhance biodiversity across the school and establish a Climate Action Plan. 

Behaviour and Attitudes

To improve attendance across the school with a particular focus on PA/SA children and targeted groups.

EYFS

To successfully implement and monitor the use of oracy teaching in the EYFS.
