Spanish Club

Spanish Club meets after school on Tuesdays and is open to Year 6. Here we are at the end of the summer term, trying Spanish tapas and hitting a piñata. Piñatas originally come from Mexico and are filled with treats. For children, they are often the highlight of a fiesta.









As well as learning Spanish, we find out about Hispanic culture, including music, food and festivals, like 'El día de muertos'. Here are some 'calaveras' that we designed ourselves.
