Nursery Flexible Offer

You can use your 15 funded hours for your 3 year old in a fully flexible way so that your child can have any combination of 5 morning or afternoon sessions a week.

Some working parents may be eligible for an extra funded 15 hours a week (30 hours total). To find out if you are eligible click hereThe government offer is for 30 hours per week of free nursery provision for those parents meeting the criteria.

In order for children to benefit from the full school day, at Malmesbury the offer is 35 hours per week, from 8.30am to 3.30pm. This offer is more than the number of free hours provided by the government so there is a charge of £5.50 a day for the additional hour. During the lunch hour the children are supported by nursery staff. Children must bring a packed lunch or can request a school lunch.

We offer flexible top-up sessions which means that parents can choose to pay for extra sessions each week on top of their funded hours to make it easier to cover work commitments or college courses.

Payment for top up/additional sessions should be made online via ParentPay. Please email school@malmesbury.merton.sch.uk if you have any ParentPay queries or need an activation letter.

We accept childcare vouchers.

Our breakfast club is also available each morning from 7.45am for £3.00 per child per day.

Contact the school office to find out more.
