Wimbledon Bookfest Young Writers Competition for Years 1-6

We are delighted to announce that four of our children wrote short stories that made it through to the next stage of the 500 Words competition: Samantha, Rhea, Armira and Minahil. The 500 Words Team received tens of thousands of entries and only around 5,000 go through for the second round of judging by the Reading Agency so we are very proud! Along with Rafaela, Basam and Daniel, who we feel deserve to be recognised for special effort, we have awarded the children a book of short stories to inspire them to keep writing!
