Modern Foreign Languages
French is taught throughout the school from Reception through to Year 6, with children being given the opportunity to participate in national and borough language competitions. As well as French, in Key Stage 2 children can join Spanish and German Clubs. To find out more about languages at Malmesbury, click on one of the links above. Merton & Kingston Primary Languages Competition. Year 4 won this year's competition with songs on the subject of sport, which they wrote to the tune of 'YMCA'. Children wrote songs in groups and one song was chosen from each class for the whole class to sing. Well done to both classes! Enjoy!
